KQED is proud to partner with Detroit Public Television to present an exploration of the diversity of the Arab-American experience. This character-driven documentary profiles Arab Americans making an impact in their community, their profession, their family and the world at large. It features Sam Mogannam, owner of the famous Bi-Rite market in San Francisco, Lara Kiswani, executive director of the Arab Resource & Organizing Centre and Jess Ghannam, president of board of the Arab Film Festival.
