A deranged psychopath with a penchant for the Romeo & Juliet story and rare guppy fish, finds his 'Juliet' in a nearby neighbor, Julie. Completely unaware she is being watched for over a year - what starts out as a fantasy, breeds into reality. All stories have to come to a close, but not all of them have a happy ending.
