Vincent is kidnapped and given a gun, a timer and is forced to strap a bomb to his neck. His ultimatum; kill a man he's never met in twenty minutes or the bomb explodes. Vincent must confront his non-violent, moralistic self and decide the fate of two people hanging in the balance -- himself and a man he's never even met.
