Emancipation is a short film that gets inside of the mind of a young poet, Keegan, as he grows frustrated with trying to complete the last few lines of his poem. Before long he is interrupted with a frantic phone call by his unfortunately platonic and beautiful friend, Imani. Will he ever confess his true love? How will she respond?
