On 18th July 1998 the soviet USSR Reforms and declares war on the United States. The Soviets launched the first missiles. In an attempt to protect its citizens, America, and its allies sent two secret agents to infiltrate the USSR. They only have 6 hours before the missiles hit Washington D.C.
