A Japanese woman delivers dialogue to a couple of cameras in a scene which needs subtitling. She appears to be delivering good news to someone unseen off-camera. However, the English subtitles are about someone who has been given a piece of Chinese dialogue to do subtitles for and is annoyed and frustrated that they are left to do this while the rest bugger off for a drink.
