Blue Laundry

'Blue Laundry' is an elegiac short exploring a blue mood in a peculiarly blue laundromat. Shot on a dying cellphone, the film was the spontaneous inspiration of a few hours spent in laundry limbo in Boise, Idaho. Originally intended as a tongue-in-cheek homage to director Wong Kar Wai, the film took on visual style of its own more akin to silent film making.
