Police Constable 9413 & 9096 were on lunch break when a radio call asked them to go and settle a family conflict. PC 9413 finished his meal early so he offered to go there first, and PC 9096 happily accepted his courtesy. When PC 9413 arrived, a young girl inside the flat insisted that nothing happened. A voice inside told the girl to allow PC 9413 to enter. But when PC 9413 entered the flat he was assaulted.
