In the unique environment of a women's refuge four victims whose ages range from 19 to 60 will discuss what it is to live in a abusive home and suffer physical, psychological, emotional and sexual abuse from someone who says I love you. Domestic abuse accounts for 54% of UK rapes and one quarter of all violent offences, of which 1 in 4 women will suffer from it and 2 a week will die because of it. Domestic abuse is the crime we just do not talk about. So let this film start the conversation.
