Jim want to administer a poison to his hated boss, Letman, for 21 days, to kill him with no trace. But Letman gives up a project on 16th poisoning day and tells Jim that he doesn't need to come to the office any more. So, Jim encourages Letman to continue the project, to finish the poisoning. But at the end that event makes them to be friend.
