Haig is one brilliant student. He is studying biology at college and already has a research plan that could vastly extend the human life span. He catches the eye of Danielle, a cutie with a reputation. His buddies also seem to want him - if only to help explore their weird theory about a rash of local killings. He submits to a ritualistic reenactment of the killings by allowing himself to be closed into a coffin in a dank dungeon cellar. Secret society members intrude cloaked and masked, and Haig listens helplessly as his friends are tortured outside.
