'Russell's gut is right in telling her to run, but from whom?' On a cult compound called Fifeshire, hidden somewhere in the Northumberland hills, a young woman is given a simple task: go into town to buy supplies. Russell joined the cult when she was still a teenager, intoxicated by its lofty rhetoric and charismatic leader. They gave her a new name and a new family. Now in her early twenties, and less gullible, she's starting to have second thoughts. The shopping trip is supposed to be a test of her loyalty, but the real test comes when she runs into an old high school flame, and finds herself slipping back into the identity she tried so hard to erase.
