A worldwide financial crisis causes a massive split in the UK Class System. When a deadly virus spreads in on the island, the poor are left with piles of dead bodies, while the rich enjoy private health care. Adel tries to keep his sick and hateful father alive, by force feeding him tablets stolen from a hospital. During another pill pocketing spree in the quarantined corners of the medical facilities, Adel is caught by one of the patients... his childhood sweetheart. Steal from the rich, give to the poor suddenly seems a lot more difficult.
