'The Chin Family' is a 24 minute experimental documentary by Gary Chin. He began principal photography in January 2011 when a series of violent strokes left his grandmother, Chui Y. Chin, paralyzed. Through this unfortunate circumstance, a loving Chin family is forced to rise to the occasion. Shot within the span of nearly three decades, Chui Chin's paralyzed state brings the family closer together like never before.
