James Riley is a young man looking for a new place to live. After hearing about an affordable room for rent in a high class suburb, he decides to pay the landlord a surprise visit. However, after meeting the peculiar, secretive landlord and viewing the house, he discovers something shocking, but it's too late for him to leave.
