The wife of a work-obsessed screenwriter discovers that he has based a character on her, and starts to question exactly how much of her life is being exploited. The writer tries to resolve the problem by killing his creation and she grows increasingly paranoid about his intentions, forcing him develop his story in a way that threatens to have terminal consequences for their marriage.
