This documentary explores the social and economic impact of alcohol sales. Several activists in Columbia County, Located in South Arkansas, are attempting to pass legislation via petition that will allow alcohol sales in the county. The film follows these activists, as well as several other pillars of the community that do not want the county to go 'wet.'
