While Milan is working hard to preserve its international image and is changing face awaiting EXPO 2015, in the popular area Molise-Calvairate-Ponti, where life conditions are very difficult and different from the city center, the 'Molise-Calvairate-Ponti Citizen Committee' is battling against social and urban decline. One year of observation, from the begininning of the 'POLIS' project (June 2010) up to the Municipal Elections (May 2011).
