Desert World of Black Souls

In this highly stylized tropical thriller, São Paulo is a city where the rich are black and the poor are white. Oscar, an ambitious lawyer of the black elite, accepts a job to deliver mobile phones in a prison for a member of the 'Crime Foundation'. He is robbed in traffic, loses the cell phone and finds himself being chased in a complex plot and in a relentless chase, while the 'Crime Foundation' attacks the city. 'Desert World of Black Souls' is the first feature film of director Ruy Veridiano. The film won a Honorable Mention for 'Creativity and Courage in filmmaking by using the DJ spirit to create a narrative' at 18th Cine PE (Recife Film Festival - Brazil)
