A visual discourse on language and surveillance -- in which a minute of IPhone footage of goldfish filmed in a Chinese restaurant in Berlin is transformed within 24 layers of video into an encounter between Chinese philosopher Chuang Tzu and the 21st century dark arts of spy-craft. The music by avant-garde composer Lois V Vierk is influenced by Japanese Gagaku court music, and takes shape via multiple layering of a string quartet.
