Shannon and Miriam, a wealthy couple in their late 70s, find a homeless boy stuffed inside a discarded suitcase outside their home. Curious about his origin, the two of them decide to bring the boy inside and take care of him. One night later, the boy vanishes. His sudden disappearance begins a series of mysterious incidents involving rats.
