Lucas Riff (Jeffrey Griffith) is hired to obstruct a possible terrorist action by aiding with accused Kenneth (Joshua Bross), only to find out the source of the action is not what he quite expected. Ronny Barsh (James Lee) puts Lucas in his place in this abstract action-thriller.
