Hólmganga

Shot entirely in Old Norse, Hólmganga takes us back to a time when preserving honor was more important than preserving one's life. An aged chieftain of a village (Welch) faces certain death in the Hólmganga - a duel against a marauding warlord (Vali). Welch's impetuous son Frey is determined to save his father, but in coming to his rescue he sets off a dreadful chain of events that could ultimately destroy them all.
