It's been three years since the events of The Escapee 4: Reunited and Casey Roberts is in a mental institute for the criminally insane. Casey took the blame for the murders of both her mother, husband and father. She is being released, on her birthday, by Dr Collins and into the hands of beloved friend Vanessa. Vanessa has a surprise bash for Casey set up at home but someone is lurking in the dark just waiting to pick them off one by one until the shocking conclusion.
