18 year-old Alfie, an autistic teen, is part of a large immigrant Chinese family, who everyone, but his 16 year-old bi-racial cousin Kate, makes fun of, and in the end he amazes everyone as he plays a melody to perfection despite having not been in front of the piano until that very moment.
