Charles, Daphne, Michel, Yorgos, Takis and the rest of the team commit to the restoration of three abandoned windmills in Patmos. Their efforts to understand and reconstruct the original milling mechanism from clues they retrieve in the ruins, from extensive research and study lead them the limits of their knowledge, their professional skills, and their sense of aesthetics.
