So reads the first line of 'It Had To Be Done,' a 'Tell-Tale Heart'-inspired film that follows Alan, a damaged teen, obsessed with feeding his habit despite being under the all-seeing eye of his grandfather, Edgar. When Alan decides he can no-longer deal with his judgmental audience living in the same house, he takes matters into his own hands.
