Two friends compete to see who is the Bigger Man. In FLEX OFF 2014, two competitive friends challenge each other to a 'Flex Off'. After two months of dieting and working out Adam and Patrick strut their stuff in front of a live audience and strip down to their underwear to see who will be the Flex Off Champion.
