Lucy's Slip

Produced for single or multiple camera; Half hour comedy about Lucy O'Day; the new Dock Master of a group of misfit slip tenants at an otherwise posh upscale Los Angeles marina owned by her estranged, affable, fun-loving father, and having been abruptly displaced from New York, where she was a successful, sophisticated, whip-smart club owner fallen on hard luck. Trying desperately to adapt to her new predicament, she is definitely a fish out of water as she navigates her way through the smorgasbord of outrageousness and drama, conceit, indulgence, romance, insanity, clashing egos and promiscuousness. Intending to be there just long enough to financially recover and return to New York, she unintentionally becomes drawn in to the daily mayhem and intrigue, quickly becoming the main confidant to her father and the outcast group of eccentric tenants. Even the sea creatures are disturbed by these humans.
