Cycles
This short dance film reveals its narrative through repetition of the choreography. Two men love the same woman. It costs them their friendship. The rejected man cycles through the life of this relationship, from start to finish, trying to understand what happened. He's stuck in the cycles of grief, reliving the events over and over. There are three loops of music and choreography. With each loop, more of the story is revealed, until the memory becomes broken and distorted.
