The Action Team, channel 4's roving band of TV reporters, lives to report big time breaking news stories, which isn't easy when you cover the news in Bridgeport....a place even more boring than it sounds. When budget cuts threaten the existence of 'The Action Team' they conspire to secretly create mayhem and instigate drama by night and then report on it by day.
