Johnson and Johnson, former agents at the Zombie Detection and Eradication Agency (ZDEA) who have a reputation for being rogue and difficult, have been let go from their government jobs now that The Virus is over. Unable to cope with civilian life, Johnson and Johnson seek the assistance of The Oracle to find the next major Crisis that the world faces and prevent it so they can get back in the good graces of the government and get their badges back. They eventually learn there is a Werewolf Virus and that one of the Johnsons has been infected.
