Set during a hot summer's week in England, the film tells the story of Adam, a 12 year old boy who plays imaginary teens. One day, he is hit in the head by a ball and starts seeing his dead father's ghost, who convinces him to sign up for a tennis tournament. With his help, Adam goes through a 'Rocky' phase to get fit. On the day of the match, Adam is up against an equally shy boy. Will quirky Adam be able to play an actual match?
