Two teenagers driving to an out-of-town rock show are stranded with a flat tire. In under an hour, they end up stealing a payphone, eluding small town cops, and finally out of options, loot a good tire from a used car lot, but not before one more run in with the police. The film is a love letter to growing up in the 1990s, and will remind the viewer how some genuinely bad ideas seemed really good at the time.
