Wesley Ray is a former college basketball star who has only ever planned on being in the 'League.' Injured in his last college game, Wes, now 5 years older, has to choose between his family and the easy way out. Feeling trapped by his family structure and struggling to find work, Wes is met by Joe, a mysterious, happy-go-lucky stranger on a park bench at the zoo. Little does Wes know, his interactions with Joe will forever change his perspective on life.
