Max awakens with a hangover and his best friend, visiting from out of town, has split. Assuming he's alone then, Max is shocked when an attractive law school student named Lisa wanders into his living room. What follows is a chaotic and comedic battle between two different minds to figure out if they had sex with one another before Max's girlfriend Delaney shows up.
