Knowing Nothing Cold follows the life of Dean, a shy 14 year-old, growing up in the American Midwest in 1975. His best friend, Stevie does everything he can to shake off their boredom, getting into as much trouble as possible. They are isolated and want to belong to the adult world, amidst the posturing and inexperience of adolescence.
