Brooks, a Royal Marine returns from service in Iraq as a pandemic sweeps the world and engulfs Scotland. His girlfriend is murdered by the infected and Brooks seeks revenge. Two years later, Scotland lies in ruins, Brooks leads a group of survivors through this new world in which they are not welcome. They are pursued by an enemy like no other.
