'They Call Me Termite' The Movie is an inspiring tale based on a true story about Maurice 'Termite' Watkins a boxer from Texas. Maurice 'Termite' Watkins was a middle aged, former amateur and professional boxer who volunteered to go to Iraq in 2003 to kill bugs. In Iraq to serve his country, he accepted the challenge 'a one-in-a-million chance' to get an Iraqi boxer into the Athens Olympiad. An unlikely hero in war-ravaged Iraq, he and his team faced and overcame incredible obstacles while training and attempting to qualify for the Olympics.
