Noel, described by some as a 'golden child', travels home to visit his dying grandfather. Once there, he is thrust back into small town life, something that he isn't used to. When his sister, Vanessa, informs him that their grandfather, Kenneth, has been put on hospice, he will do whatever it takes to have one last great adventure with his grandfather, naive to the danger he is putting Kenneth in.
