Pick Up the Stick

A documentary short about the filmmaker's brother Charlie-- inspired by footage taken on a road trip in which brother and sister reunite after drifting apart. The film is a mix of original road trip footage and improvisation that explores Charlie's increasing anxieties and feelings of depersonalization as well as the family dynamic surrounding him.
