In the heart of Sardinia there is a subregion called Barbagia, where life is marked by seasonal rhythms and turns round solstitial feasts, agro-pastoral activities and the voice of the people. The geographic isolation preserved the ancient rites, the same that take place during the sardinian carnival, known as Carrasegare.
