Laura is a single mum and a hairdresser living in London with her daughter Alexia and boyfriend Sami. She has finally found herself in a position secure enough to chase her long life dream of becoming a veterinary nurse. She puts everything into focusing on her studies as an important exam is on the horizon. However, what she doesn't know is that there are bigger problems bubbling under the surface of her new family unit.
