Inflicted

A broken down detective must confront the demons of his past when a vicious serial killer known only as The Night Surgeon resurfaces after being presumed dead for five years. When the mutilated body of a teenage prom queen washes up on the shores of the Sacramento River bearing the bloody signature of The Night Surgeon, homicide detectives turn to the one man who was once able to apprehend him.
