Dieter, a Bavarian in his prime, is on a hiking trip in the Swiss-Canton of Glarus. He has planned to meet a friendly hobbyist, but everywhere he goes he comes across the North German Ronja. What in the beginning seems to be a number of coincidences turns out to be a set-up by the young woman. There is something that Dieter is not aware of: He and Ronja share a dark episode in their past and Ronja seems to seek revenge.
