In the future, Earth has become nothing more than a post apocalyptic realm. The elite class known as the Sanction prepares to set voyage to the new found planet MOD-X. The leader of the rebellion Deacon, threatens their escape by hacking in to the interstellar starship's mainframe. The Commander, head of Sanction sends in the infamous bounty hunter known as Vion to track down and eliminate Deacon.
