While going about his daily routine, Jason, a socially awkward man, accidentally learns that he can get the attention of the neighborhood by dropping things from his apartment window. When Natalie, the delivery girl for Tons O' Stuff, takes notice, a friendship begins to form two stories up that challenges them to see each other as more then just their appearances.
