'Cradle' is a story about the ghosts of people and environments that have occupied the same space over time. Over the course of a single take, a narrator describes his family's former cropland now hidden underneath where a lake now exists. Accompanied by a haunting score created by celebrated musician Aaron Hodges, he tells a story of change, progression and destruction and what his family had to do to survive.
