Project 'Sunset' is an Above Top Secret CIA program which monitors persons of interest that have been known to exploit unimaginable gifts. Emily Sands, the centerpiece of the feature, is unknowingly in a project under the 'Sunset' umbrella. Emily is actually the most powerful type of beings in her teen class and when she begins her quest to find her biological parents she unwittingly places herself in danger.
