At the quiet Harapan Ayah Hospital, Razi blends in with three medical students undergoing their clinical rotations. What initially seems like routine night shifts gradually turns into a series of terrifying experiences after an unidentified patient dies under their care. Strange occurrences begin to emerge-shadows, unsettling sounds, and the presence of a horrifying figure. The situation reaches its peak when the patient's body mysteriously disappears from their watch. Caught between medical logic and the fear of the unexplainable, they are forced to confront a mystery that slowly reveals a truth far greater than they ever imagined.
